10 E+W In section 65(3)(b) (financial and other assistance by local authorities to certain voluntary organisations), for paragraph (xxii) of the definition of “relevant enactments” substitute—

“(xxii) Part 1 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008;”.
