82LFailure to comply with notice under section 82F or 82H
(1)
It is an offence for a person to fail to comply with—
(a)
an emergency safety notice, or
(b)
an immediate action notice,
within the time allowed (within the meaning of section 82G(1)).
(2)
A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable—
(b)
on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to a fine, or both.
