Section 46 (effect of entitlement to guaranteed minimum pensions on payment of social security benefits) is amended as follows.

In subsection (6), in the substitute paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, after “section 46(1)” insert “or 46A(2)”.
