Chapter 8Grant or refusal

116Reasons for decision to grant or refuse development consent

(1)

The F1Secretary of State must prepare a statement of F2the Secretary of State's reasons for deciding to—

(a)

make an order granting development consent, or

(b)

refuse development consent.

(2)

The F3Secretary of State must provide a copy of the statement to each person who is an interested party in relation to the application for the purposes of Chapter 4 (see section 102).

(3)

The F4Secretary of State must publish the statement in such manner as F5the Secretary of State thinks appropriate.
