SCHEDULE 4 E+W Change of name of PTAs: consequential amendments

Part 2 E+W Amendments of the Transport Act 1985

25 (1) Section 75 (powers of investment and disposal in relation to public transport companies) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1) after “a Passenger Transport Executive,” insert “ an Integrated Transport Authority, ”.

(3) In subsection (4), at the beginning insert “ An Integrated Transport Authority ”.
