(2)In the definition of “Chief Inspector”—
(a)omit paragraph (a);
(b)in paragraph (b) omit “in relation to a school in Wales,”.
(3)Omit the definition of “early years provision”.
(4)In the definition of “the register”—
(a)omit paragraph (a);
(b)in paragraph (b) omit “in relation to a school in Wales,”.
(5)In the definition of “registration authority” for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “the Welsh Ministers”.
