14Expiry of powers conferred by sections 11 and 12
(1)
If no order has been made under section 11 by the relevant time, that section, and section 13 so far as it applies for the purposes of that section, cease to have effect.
(2)
If no order has been made under section 12 by the relevant time, that section, and section 13 so far as it applies for the purposes of that section, cease to have effect.
(3)
“The relevant time” is the end of the period of 7 years beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.
