A F1private registered provider may dispose of land.

But a non-profit registered provider may dispose of the landlord's interest under a secure tenancy only to another non-profit registered provider F2or to a local authority which is a registered provider.

Subsection (1) is subject to the following provisions of this Chapter (which include provisions requiring the regulator's consent for certain disposals).
