32 (1) Schedule 11 (saving and transitional provisions) is amended as follows.

(2) In the italic heading before paragraph 3, omit “to Commission and”.

(3) Omit paragraphs 3 and 5.

(4) Omit paragraph 12 and the italic heading before it.
