Section 143D (demoted tenancies: proceedings for possession) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) for the words from “an order” to the end substitute

—

a

an order of the court for the possession of the dwelling-house, and

b

the execution of the order.

After subsection (1) insert—

In such a case, the tenancy ends when the order is executed.

Omit subsection (3).
