Schedule 1A to the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (further provision about the Inspectorate) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2(2)—

(a)

omit paragraph (f), and

(b)

for paragraph (g) substitute—

“(g)

the Care Quality Commission,”.

(3)

In paragraph 3(2)—

(a)

omit paragraph (c), and

(b)

for paragraph (d) substitute—

In paragraph 4—
