An order or regulations under this Part must be made by statutory instrument.

A statutory instrument containing an order made by the Secretary of State under section 4(7)F1... is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

A statutory instrument containing an order made by the Secretary of State under section 4(4) or 18 may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, each House of Parliament.
