Matters relating to exercise of LBRO’s functions
14Ancillary powers
(1)
LBRO may do anything which it thinks necessary or expedient for the purpose of, or in connection with, the exercise of any of its functions.
(2)
In particular, LBRO may—
(a)
enter into agreements;
(b)
acquire or dispose of property;
(c)
borrow money;
(d)
invest money.
