424 U.K. In paragraph 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 10 (tax) to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 for the words from “sections 711” to the end substitute “ Chapter 2 of Part 12 of the Income Tax Act 2007, that Part does not apply to the transfer ”.
