In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (offices disqualifying for membership: other disqualifying offices) after “section 706 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988” insert “ or section 704 of the Income Tax Act 2007 ”.
