40 E+W In section 60(3) of the County Courts Act 1984 (right of audience), in the definition of “local authority”, after “1985,” insert “ an authority established for an area in England by an order under section 207 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (joint waste authorities), ”.
