Part 1 E+W+N.I. Abolition of confiscation functions

43 (1) Section 170 (no order made: reconsideration of benefit) is amended as follows. E+W+N.I.

(2) Omit subsection (3).

(3) In subsection (4)—

(a) omit the words from “If the court” to “to do so,”; and

(b) in paragraph (b) omit “or the Director”.
