23In Schedule 1B to the Charities Act 1993 (c. 10) (which is inserted by Schedule 3 to the Charities Act 2006 (c. 50)), in paragraph 1(3) (President or legal member of Charity Tribunal), for the words from “he has” to the end substitute “he satisfies the judicial-appointment eligibility condition on a 5-year basis.”
