25 Misapplying or wasting public or service property U.K.

(1) A person subject to service law commits an offence if he misapplies or wastes any public or service property.

(2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable to any punishment mentioned in rows 2 to [F1 14] of the Table in section 164.
