Part 3 (revocation of order with or without re-sentencing) has effect as if—

(a)

paragraph 14 were omitted;

(b)

in paragraph 15—

(i)

for the heading there were substituted “ Overseas community order ”;

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (1), for “a Crown Court” there were substituted “ an overseas ”;

(iii)

in sub-paragraph (1), in the words after paragraph (b), for “Crown Court” there were substituted “ court that made the order ”;

(iv)

in sub-paragraphs (3), (4) and (6), for “Crown Court” there were substituted “ court ”.
