148 U.K. In section 108(1) of that Act (interpretation of Part 3), in the definition of “criminal proceedings”, for paragraphs (a) to (c) substitute “ proceedings (whether or not before a court) in respect of a service offence within the meaning of the Armed Forces Act 2006; ”.
