198 U.K. In section 90(1) of the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 (Crown application etc), for the words from “Her Majesty's” to “Army Act 1955 (c. 18),” substitute “ any of Her Majesty's forces (within the meaning of the Armed Forces Act 2006) ”.
