25E+WThe application of the Agency's seal must be authenticated by the signature of—
(a)a member of the Agency, or
(b)any other person who has been authorised by the Agency (whether generally or specially) for that purpose.

26E+WA document purporting to be duly executed under the seal of the Agency or to be signed on the Agency's behalf—
(a)shall be received in evidence, and
