857Contents of annual return: power to make further provision by regulations

The Secretary of State may by regulations make further provision as to the information to be given in a company’s annual return.

The regulations may—
a
amend or repeal the provisions of sections 855 and 856, and
b
provide for exceptions from the requirements of those sections as they have effect from time to time.

Regulations under this section are subject to negative resolution procedure.
