SCHEDULE 2 E+W Powers of entry, inspection and search: supplementary

Duty to exercise power of entry at reasonable time E+W

6 E+W Entry under a power to which paragraph 4 applies shall be at a reasonable time, unless it appears to the person exercising the power that the purpose for which he is exercising the power would be frustrated on entry at a reasonable time.
