8(1)This paragraph applies to any function conferred by or under any provision re-enacted by the consolidating Acts which, immediately before the commencement of the corresponding provision of the consolidating Acts, was a function to which Article 2(c) of the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 applied (concurrent exercise of functions in relation to a cross-border body).E+W
(2)Article 2(c) of the Order continues to have effect in relation to the function conferred by or under the corresponding provision of the consolidating Acts.
