201 E+W The Learning and Skills Act 2000 is amended as follows.

202 E+W In section 121, in the definition of “Strategic Health Authority” for “section 8 of the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “ section 13 of the National Health Service Act 2006 ”.

203 E+W In section 129, omit the definition of “Health Authority”.
