The International Development Act 2002 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 1, in the entry relating to a National Health Service trust, for “Part 1 of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 or under” substitute “ the National Health Service Act 2006, the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, or ”.
