The House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 1, in Part 2, in the entry relating to a Patients' Forum, for “section 15 of the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002” substitute “ section 237 of the National Health Service Act 2006 ”.

In Schedule 1, in Part 3—

(a)

in the entry relating to a Strategic Health Authority, Health Authority or Special Health Authority, omit the words from “which is a relevant authority” to the end,

(b)

in the entry relating to a Primary Care Trust, for “section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “ section 18 of the National Health Service Act 2006 ”,

(c)

in the entry relating to a National Health Service Trust, for “the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990” substitute “ the National Health Service Act 2006, the National Health Service (Wales) Act ”, and

(d)

in the entry relating to the President and Deputy President of the Family Health Services Appeal Authority, for “section 49S of the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “ section 169 of the National Health Service Act 2006 ”.
