272 E+W The Constitutional Reform Act 2005 is amended as follows.

273 E+W In Schedule 7, in Part A of paragraph 4, at the end insert—

“National Health Service Act 2006 E+W

@AMP@fill; Schedule 13, paragraphs 1, 2, 4, 6, 15, 16 and 21.”.

274 E+W In Schedule 14, in Part 3, in the entry relating to the Family Health Services Appeal Authority, for “Schedule 9A to the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “ Schedule 13 to the National Health Service Act 2006 ”.
