5(1)Sub-paragraph (2) applies to—E+W
(a)each [F1local authority], in respect of the schools which it maintains (other than foundation [F2or voluntary] schools), and
(b)each governing body of a foundation [F3or voluntary] school, in respect of the school.
(2)The [F1local authority] or governing body must make available to the Welsh Ministers such accommodation as is appropriate for the purpose of assisting them to make provision under paragraph 1 in relation to the pupils in attendance at the schools or school in question.
