Business plan and report
13TBusiness plan
(1)
Before the start of each financial year, F2NHS England must publish a business plan setting out how it proposes to exercise its functions in that year and each of the next two financial years.
(2)
The business plan must, in particular, explain how F2NHS England proposes to discharge its duties under—
(a)
sections 13E, 13G F3, 13L and 13Q, and
(b)
sections 223C to 223E.

The fact that the mandate is revised during the period to which a business plan relates does not require NHS England to revise the plan.
(4)
F2NHS England may revise the plan.
(5)
F2NHS England must publish any revised plan.
