18 (1) Schedule 7 to the Learning and Skills Act 2000 (sixth forms requiring significant improvement) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In paragraph 6(3)(a)(iii) for “section 15(2) and (3)” substitute “ section 15(2) to (4) ”.

(3) Omit paragraph 13.
