(2)In subsection (1) for “A person authorised for the purpose of subsection (1) or (2) of section 77” substitute “ The Chief Inspector ”.

(a)for “authorised person” substitute “ Chief Inspector ”, and
(b)for “that person” substitute “ the Chief Inspector ”.
