1 U.K. In relation to an offence committed before the commencement of section 154(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44), the references to 12 months in sections 1(3)(a), 6(2)(a), 7(2)(a), 9(6)(a) and 11(3)(a) are to be read as references to 6 months.
