Orders in Council amending Schedule 5

50 (1)

Section 95 has effect until the end of the initial period subject to the following modifications.

(2)

In subsection (2), for the words after “exercisable by” substitute “ the Assembly constituted by the Government of Wales Act 1998 ”.

(3)

In subsection (5)(a), after “Assembly” insert “ constituted by the Government of Wales Act 1998 ”.

(4)

Omit subsections (6) to (10).

Section 96 has effect until the end of the initial period with the substitution of “ Assembly constituted by the Government of Wales Act 1998 ” for “Counsel General”.
