21 U.K. In Schedule 8 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988 (non-domestic rating: pooling), after paragraph 15 insert—

“Source of payments by Welsh Ministers U.K.

16 Sums required for the making of payments by the Welsh Ministers under this Part of this Schedule are to be charged on the Welsh Consolidated Fund.”
