The Commission may assess the extent to which or the manner in which a person has complied with a duty under or by virtue of section 149, 153 or 154 of the Equality Act 2010 (public sector equality duty).

Schedule 2 makes supplemental provision about assessments.

This section is without prejudice to the generality of sections 16 and 20.
