F1 In section 79B of the Children Act 1989 (other definitions etc. )—

(a)

omit subsection (1),

(b)

for subsection (2) substitute—

“(2)

In this Act “ the Assembly ” means the National Assembly for Wales. ”, and

(c)

for subsection (7) substitute—

“(7)

“ Regulations ” means regulations made by the Assembly. ”
