Section 329A of the Education Act 1996 (review or assessment of educational needs at request of responsible body) is amended as follows.

In subsection (11), for “relevant nursery education” substitute “ relevant early years education ”.

In subsection (13)(c), for “nursery”, in both places, substitute “ early years ”.
