SCHEDULE 3 U.K. Transitional Provision and Savings

Powers and duties in relation to information U.K.

23 (1) Section 44 of this Act has no effect in relation to applications made before the commencement of that section. U.K.

(2) Paragraph 12(6) of Schedule A1 to the 1974 Act does not apply in relation to applications so made.
