6(1)An offence mentioned in section 1(1) of the Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983 (c. 18) (offences in relation to nuclear material committed outside the United Kingdom) which is committed (whether in the United Kingdom or elsewhere) in relation to or by means of nuclear material.U.K.
(2)An offence under section 2 of that Act (offence involving preparatory acts and threats in relation to nuclear material).
(3)In this paragraph “nuclear material” has the same meaning as in that Act.
