[F1102(1)The supervisory body may at any time carry out a review of the standard authorisation in accordance with this Part.E+W
(2)The supervisory body must carry out such a review if they are requested to do so by an eligible person.
(3)Each of the following is an eligible person—
(a)the relevant person;
(b)the relevant person's representative;
(c)the managing authority of the relevant hospital or care home.]
