Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (c. 7) N.I.

40 (1) Section 143 (child benefit: interpretation and supplementary) is amended as follows. N.I.

(2) In subsection (1), omit the definition of “recognised educational establishment”.

(3) In subsection (3), after “child” insert “ or qualifying young person ”.
