Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (c. 7) N.I.

36 (1) Section 140 (child benefit: exclusions and priority) is amended as follows. N.I.

(2) Omit subsection (1).

(3) In subsection (2), omit “in other cases”.

(4) In subsection (3), after “same child” insert “ or qualifying young person ”.
