121 U.K. In section 43 (appointment and removal of Director of Public Prosecutions), in subsection (6) after “Lord Chancellor” insert “after consultation with all of the following—

(a) the President of the Supreme Court;

(b) the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales;

(c) the Lord President of the Court of Session;

(d) the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland”.
