8International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea
The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea is to be treated for the purposes of section 1 of the 1968 Act (organisations of which the United Kingdom is a member) as an organisation of which—
a
the United Kingdom, or Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom, and
b
at least one other sovereign Power, or the Government of such a Power,
are members.
