Conditions
I1C187Membership
An operating licence may not be subject to a condition (whether by virtue of section 75, 77 or 78)—
a
requiring facilities to be provided by, or used in the course of the activities of, a club or other body with membership, or
b
restricting the provision or use of facilities wholly or partly by reference to membership of a club or other body.
