22E+W+SA reference in this Part of this Schedule to an offence under an Act or a provision of an Act includes a reference to an offence under subordinate legislation made under that Act or provision.
23E+W+SThe Secretary of State may by order amend Part 1 of this Schedule so as to—
(a)add an entry,
(b)vary an entry, or
(c)remove an entry.
