Distributing lottery tickets by post E+W+S

57 (1) The Secretary of State may by regulations impose a condition in relation to exempt lotteries requiring that tickets purchased be delivered to the purchaser by hand at the time of purchase and not by post. E+W+S

(2) Regulations under this paragraph may apply generally, only in relation to a specified class of lottery or only in specified circumstances.
